That’s how it is supposed to be…though I once worked in a place where the owner only gave one refill…he went out of business. Somethings money can’t buy 🙂
For Reals!!! Whenever my sis asks me where I wanna eat (Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, etc), I tell her I wanna go to a diner. Whether it be Ihop, Carrows, or Denny’s. Any diner. When she asks me why the heck I’d wanna go to a bleh location like diners, I tell her it’s because they usually have great service (because their main customers are seniors), they always have the best of condiments all out for you on the table (so you don’t to ask ’em for this and that all of the time), and because they’ve got non-stop coffee refills!!! Woohoo!
It irks me like crazy when I go to small coffee shops that serve specialty coffees (like the illy brand) and give it to ya in a teeny-weeny cup. With NO refills. I say, patooey to dat. Teehee. Gonna reblog this!

I’d like to check out the Coco’s diner because they have a gluten-free menu. Anyone eaten there before? What’s a fab gluten-free, but not too dry and crunchy (rocky) meal to get there. Sometimes gluten-free can be so dry, no? Like the bread loafs that are made of corn or rice. Aye! They’re so rock solid, you can sink with it, if you happen to be cast overboard with it. But that’d be wierd. Why hold onto the bread? Oh yeah, so that you can munch on it ’til the Coast Guard arrive.
Oh that would be so lovely…I bet my children would love you dearly. Their Aunt is from your country…my Ex brother-in-law used to spend our winters there and that is how he met her 😀 they now live in the US but if they ever come back for a visit, I might just have to tag along and let you know 😀
Yes Sir! I think you have found your match as far as conversationalist goes…through our prose I see clearly that you and me would have many a bottomless conversation that is quite deep…thank you for replying to my words. You are a sweet soul indeed! Coffee with you, maybe I wouldn’t need milk or anything added…your words I’d put in the cup and slowly drink all of them up 😉
