I was Invincible-
never overcome,
conquered,
subdued,
or attacked.
Then your words
took grasp,
snap,
just ‘like that’!
Jet Black,
dark parts,
that smack
the bulletproof vest
I proudly wear
across my chest.
They dare to
undress me
unlike the rest
of humanity.
Impregnable-
but you see
right through
me,
silkscreens
destined to be.
Unstoppable-
your words
agree and
concur.
They have
the ability
to conquer
every inch
of me.
More is yet to come.
I’ve truly become undone.
That’s the
Invincible me
living in reality,
now vulnerable
in your hands,
putty-
silly me.
Thought
